Lori and her husband have 11 and 25 year old sons and live in California. They have had many struggles the past 6 years. After being diagnosed with Invasive ductal carcinoma, they discovered black mold in their condo and ended up losing most of their belongings. Since then her cancer has spread to her liver, lymph nodes, sternum, rib and vertebrae. Her wish was to have a big birthday party for herself at the beach where all of her friends could meet each other. A photographer captured many memories that were made during the beautiful celebration. Her wish was granted in August 2017.
