Mission Statement
Ally’s Wish, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, specifically the sole purpose of Ally’s Wish is to provide a last “wish” to young, terminally ill mothers with small children. We hope to provide a memory for the family that will last a lifetime. Our goal is to do this by providing services, gifts, transportation, lodging, or any other “wish” the mother may have. We will provide this through fundraising and donations given through Ally’s Wish, Inc. Ally’s Wish is a 501c3 approved organization.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Damon has established himself as a seasoned professional, community partner, and Certified Wealth Strategist committed to optimizing financial success for individuals and families. As a servant minded leader, Damon has heart for forging impactful relationships by collaborating with local organizations and fostering unity between companies and community partners for sustainable growth. Damon’s intentional approach to cultivating relationships focuses on how to best serve and add value to others.
In his free time, Damon enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, reading, cooking, and playing multiple sports including basketball & golf.
Kelly Heslep
Secretary
Kelly has a rich history of service and professional experience. For over 16 years, she has held the position of Director of Programs and Events at the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce. Before joining the Chamber, Kelly served as a branch manager at a prominent Texas banking center. Throughout her life, Kelly has been dedicated to service in professional business and the community.
She has a daughter Allie, who is married to Kyle and has two beautiful children Olive and Jones. Her daughter Emma is married to Cash and has a little boy named John Paul.
Marta Dunlap
Lead Wish Grantor
Marta is the Lead Wish Grantor for Ally’s Wish. She lives in Flower Mound, TX with her husband, Mark, their two amazing children, Jessica & Jack, and two beloved labs. After years of success in IT Consulting Sales, Marta was blessed with the opportunity to be a SAHM. Now that her kids are in college and high school, she works part-time at the high school. Marta enjoys spending time with family, running, gardening and pretty much all sports.
Katy Taggart
Board Member
Katy Taggart is new to Ally’s Wish, but she has years of experience in non-profit, business and organizational work. She has a strong dedication to improving the lives of others and enjoys giving back to her community. With a strong background in business development and real estate, Katy has spent over 35 years relationship-building to drive growth and success to many organizations like, Rotary, Chambers of Commerce, American Heart Association and now Ally’s Wish. Katy is currently a REALTOR with Taggart Real Estate Team.
Along with her husband, Peter J. Taggart, Katy has been a resident of Denton County since 1988. Peter is a retired educator, spending 28 years in Lewisville ISD and now works as a REALTOR too. Their son. Cameron, and his wife, Kristi, are residents of Allen, TX and are raising their three children, Nora, Ian and Sive. Their son, Connor, and his wife Dylan, are residents of Lewisville and are raising their first child, Finan. Connor is also a partner in the Taggart Real Estate Team.

Allyson's Mother
As the mother of Allyson Hendrickson, the inspiration for Ally’s Wish, Pat understands the value of memories for families who experience loss. The mother of 3 and grandmother of 9, She lives with her husband, Larry, in Georgetown, Texas. After a long career in professional ministry, Pat now works part-time as a church consultant.

Alisan resides in North Texas alongside her husband, Bill, and two sons, Tristan and Corbin. With over a decade of dedication to Children’s Ministry on a part-time basis, she finds joy in reading, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family and friends. As a Breast Cancer survivor, Alisan embraces each day as a precious gift and expresses gratitude for being involved in Ally’s Wish, contributing to the creation of lasting memories for families.
Evan Stewart
IT Specialist
Raised in North Texas, Evan has spent 10 years in the IT industry. With his family, he has lived Tanzania ministering to church leaders and families and continues to develop software and training for Bible schools across Africa. Choosing joy in every circumstance is a family mission for the Stewarts. Losing one child as an infant, Evan has experienced the power of joy in tragic situations and knows the power of sharing that joy to others.

Lauren Buya
Wish Grantor
Lauren is a wish grantor for Ally’s Wish. Originally from Houston, she now lives in Flower Mound with her 2 wonderful children, amazing husband and cuddly doodle. After spending some time in the corporate world, Lauren now juggles her children’s activities, enriches the lives of students through substitute teaching, and brings magic to moms through Ally’s Wish. In her spare time she loves watching sports, being with her family and snuggling her dog.
Tiffany Sinclair
Wish Grantor
Tiffany is a Wish Grantor and native of North Texas. She is a Nurse Practitioner who lives locally with her wonderful husband, Eric, and their two incredible children, Benjamin & Abigail. When she’s not traveling or spending time with friends and family, Tiffany enjoys exercise, decorating and event planning.
Meredith Dowdy
Wish Grantor
Meredith is a dedicated wish grantor from Lantana, Texas, and has been a part of Ally’s Wish since June 2022. Married to Mike and a proud mother to Addison and Bronson, Meredith calls Lantana home and is committed to making a difference in the lives of others. Outside of her fulfilling role as a wish grantor, Meredith thrives in the tourism industry, excelling in event planning and marketing with an exceptional attention to detail. In her downtime, Meredith enjoys reading, listens to podcasts, and cherishes quality moments with her family.
Randa Siblik
Wish Grantor
Randa has been involved in Ally’s Wish since 2022 after experiencing an Ally’s Wish Gala. She had been searching for the right volunteer opportunity for years, and knew immediately this was the right one for her. Her heart was compelled to want to do something to make a difference in these moms lives, so her journey began as a wish grantor. Randa is a mom to two teenagers with her husband Dan, and is a kindergarten teacher by day. She enjoys cooking, running, and traveling.
